If you’ve been selected to try our early experience, here’s what to expect:

Chat with Our Virtual Behavior Specialist: Tell us about your pet’s behavior. You’ll get an initial assessment and be prompted to schedule a telehealth consult. Please fill out the 30-second survey that will appear after scheduling your consultation.

Expert Telehealth Session: Meet with a certified behavior expert to review your assessment and receive a personalized treatment plan. You’ll get the plan by email, with a follow-up survey.

Ongoing Support (Optional): The survey you complete will ask if you want to opt in to be chosen for regular expert check-ins and support for one month to stay on track and get assistance throughout your pet behavior journey.
